Sabrina Nichols

Sabrina is a former teacher with experience in elementary school and middle school. Most of her teaching experience was spent as a middle school emergent bilingual teacher in the Chicagoland area, where she grew up. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an English as a Second Language Endorsement. In 2021, she went back to school to earn a Bilingual Endorsement to be able to further support her Spanish-speaking students.

She has a passion for helping support students’ social emotional and educational growth, while also supporting the mental health of educators. In August 2025, she will receive her master’s degree in Social Work. Sabrina began with FirstDay Learning as a coach and facilitator, and loved her time helping teachers. She has now moved into the role of a regional client director and enjoys building relationships with directors to understand how we can best support their teachers. She and her husband live in Brooklyn, New York.
