Francine Prince

Francine has over 25 years experience in the early childhood education field. Previously, she served as the Assistant Education Supervisor and Disabilities Clerk in a Head Start/Early Head Start program where she worked closely with early childhood educators and supported children with diverse needs. She also served as Early Childhood Network Supervisor fostering collaboration among educators and stakeholders, ensuring resource-sharing and continuous improvement.

With a background as a former teacher assistant, teacher, and Mentor Coach within the program, she brings invaluable hands-on experience and leadership insight to her current role. She is also a certified Pathways Trainer and a Pre-K CLASS Affiliate Trainer, showcasing her expertise in early childhood development and instructional best practices.
